1. Where can I get the tickets to the water show, Aquarium and Centre of Swimming with Dolphins at no risk?
The official sales points are the box offices at Moskvarium and the official website. Tickets and gift certificates for swimming with dolphins can only be purchased at the box office of the Centre of Swimming or on the website after calling the Centre in advance.
2. If I have bought a ticket to the Aquarium, can I see a water show?
No, an admission ticket to the Aquarium only allows you to enter the Aquarium once. To see a water show you need to buy an extra ticket to the show.
3. If I have paid for a guided tour, do I have to buy an admission ticket to the Aquarium?
Yes, to enter the Aquarium you need to buy admission tickets for each visitor. Guided tours are at an extra charge.
4. If I have bought a ticket to a water show, can I enter the Aquarium?
No, the ticket to the water show only allows you to see one water show. To enter the Aquarium you need an admission ticket to the Aquarium.
5. How long does one water show last?
«Four Oceans Mystery Show» lasts 55 min. There is no intermission.
6. If I have bought a ticket to a water show but I can’t come, can I come to another show later?
No, the ticket only allows you to see a particular show according to the time and date in the ticket.
7. Can I not buy a ticket for a child if the child can sit on my knees?
No, all the visitors, even the youngest ones, need their own ticket to the show. Please note that the water show lasts 55 min without intermission, so we do not recommend it to children younger than 3 years old.
8. My child is 10 months old, do I need to buy them an admission ticket to the Aquarium?
We are happy to see our youngest visitors at the centre. Admission tickets to the Aquarium for children under 3 years old are free.
9. Are there any discounts for the tickets to the water shows?
No, there are no discounts provided for the show visitors. However, we have a flexible pricing policy depending on the sector and row, so that the disadvantaged groups can afford tickets.
10. Are there any birthday discounts for the show or the Aquarium exhibition?

Yes, on your birthday you can have a 15% discount on the tickets to the show or the Aquarium exhibition if you show your ID at the box office when buying the tickets. The discount is only valid on the exact date of your birthday and for one ticket, and is not valid for tickets with other dates.

11. Are there any discounts for the Aquarium exhibition?
We provide discount tickets for the following categories of Russian citizens:
  • free tickets to the Aquarium for children under 3 years old
  • disabled people of the 1st group +1 companion pay 10 RUB per person on any day
  • disabled children +1 companion — 10 RUB per person on any day
  • WWII veterans: 10 RUB per person, on any day
  • national heroes of Russia and the USSR — 10 RUB per person, on any day
  • large families — 600 RUB per person, on any day
  • disabled people of the 2st group — 600 RUB per person, on any day
  • senior people — 450 RUB per person, on working Mondays only (except for public holidays)
Please note that these discounts are only provided to Russian citizens at Moskvarium box office on the day of their visit upon presentation of proper papers.
12. Are there any discounts for the Jaws multimedia exhibition?
For this exhibition we provide discount tickets for the following categories of Russian citizens:
  • free tickets to the Jaws multimedia exhibition for children under 3 years old
  • disabled people of the 1st group +1 companion pay 250 RUB per person on any day
  • disabled children +1 companion — 250 RUB per person on any day
  • WWII veterans: 250 RUB per person, on any day
  • national heroes of Russia and the USSR — 250 RUB per person, on any day
  • large families — 250 RUB per person, on any day
  • disabled people of the 2st group — 250 RUB per person, on any day
Please note that these discounts are only provided to Russian citizens at Moskvarium box office on the day of their visit upon presentation of proper papers
13. Can I book tickets?
We do not provide booking service. However, there are several convenient ways to buy tickets: you can come to Moskvarium box office, or use a ticket machine at the box office, or buy tickets on our website.
14. I don’t have a bank card. How can I buy tickets?
You can pay in cash at Moskvarium box office.
15. Can I buy a combined ticket for the Show and Aquarium on www.moskvarium.ru?

If you buy a ticket to any Show plus an admission ticket to the Aquarium in one transaction, you pay 500 RUB for admission to the Aquarium. You can buy this type of ticket either at the box office or on the website. To do this, you need first to choose date, time and seat for the show and then click «Buy» button. After that you’ll see a popup offering you to «BUY A TICKET TO THE AQUARIUM FOR 500 RUB». Click «OK» and proceed to payment.

16. I have paid for the tickets but I haven’t received them by e-mail. What should I do?
Please send your name, phone number and the e-mail you inserted when making the order to tickets@moskvarium.ru and specify the problem.
17. Can I pay for the tickets on the website with «MIR» card?
Yes, you can.
18. I have bought tickets to Moskvarium, but I cannot come on this specific day. Can I return or exchange tickets?

20. Is there a baggage room at Moskvarium?
No, we do not have a baggage room. You can store your belongings at the cloakroom. Find out about storage rules following this link.
21. Can I use a tripod for photo or video shooting?

Yes, you can.

22. Can I move around Moskvarium in a wheelchair?
We have provided a barrier-free environment for disabled people. If you have any difficulties please address our staff at information desks.
23. I have picked seats for the show on your website but I haven’t managed to purchase them within the time limit. Why are these seats unavailable now?

If you have picked seats for the show on our website but haven’t purchased them, they remain blocked within 30 minutes. After this period they will be available again.

24. My child is already 12 years old. Can they visit the Aquarium with a ticket for «young visitors»?

Yes, this type of tickets is available for children up to 12 years old inclusively, until they are 13 years old.

25. Do you have audioguides?
Yes, you can go on tour around Moskvarium with an audioguide (they are available in Russian and in English). You can get an audioguide at the information desk on Floor 0, at the entrance to the exhibition. Using an audioguide costs 200 RUB and there is a deposit of 1000 RUB which we return to you after you give the audioguide back.
26. How can I book a guided tour to the Aquarium?
You can visit the Aquarium alone or in a guided group.
  • There are group tours starting every hour from 11 am to 7 pm. A guided tour in a group costs 200 RUB per person which you pay extra to the admission ticket. You do not need to book a tour in advance. After you pay for the tour you can join the next group (if the group is not full).

27. Are there discounts for students?

Yes, students can get a 10% discount for the admission to the Aquarium upon presentation of a valid student ID. The discount is valid at Moskvarium box office from Monday to Thursday (except public holidays).

The offer is only available on the day of your visit to the Aquarium. If you buy a ticket to another date, the discount is not provided. There is no discount for the show.
