Moskvarium is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM excluding cleaning days on which Moskvarium is closed. A cleaning day is the last Monday of every month (the cleaning day can be postponed to another date, the information about it is posted on the official Moskvarium website - www.moskvarium.ru, as well as on other Moskvarium information resources).
The entrance to the Aquarium and to Moskvarium expositions is possible only before 9 PM. The dates and times of water shows and Baby Theatre performances are posted on the official website www.moskvarium.ru, as well as on other Moskvarium information resources).
Moskvarium ticket offices are open till 9 PM.

The Administration is not liable for any harm caused to life, health or property of visitors of Mosvkarium.
All the responsibility for kids on the territory of Moskvarium lies on the accompanying adults.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by adults (18 years and older).
Children are allowed to visit Moskvarium events only conforming to signs of age limit on information products (age marking) established by the event organizer. In case children under the age limit visit Moskvarium events, the responsibility lies on their parents or other official representatives.
The entrance to the Auditorium, the Aquarium and the interactive Baby Theatre is allowed only upon presenting the tickets purchased at the official points of sales:

Tickets to the water show (to the auditorium) are purchased for all adults and kids from the age of 2 years old. Kids under 2 years old attend the water show free of charge if the proving documents are provided confirming the age of the kids by the accompanying adults (a birth certificate or a parent’s passport with notes about the kids on the kids page). A kid under 2 years old without a ticket is not required to take a seat in the auditorium and is required to be on a parent’s lap during the whole show (or on an adult accompanying person’s lap). The adult accompanying person must have a ticket. One adult visitor can only accompany one kid under 2 years old without a seat in the auditorium. Every other kid is required to have a ticket. A ticket is valid for a single entry and only on the date and time indicated on it.
Tickets to the interactive BabyTheatre are required for all adult visitors and for babies older than 8 months old. Babies under the age of 8 months old visit the Baby Theatre free of charge if the proving documents are provided confirming the age of the babies (a birth certificate or a parent’s passport with notes about the babies on the kids page). A ticket is valid for a single entry and only on the date and time indicated on the ticket.
Any ticket is valid for a single entry and only on the date and time indicated on it. Tickets are invalid if the barcode has been used before and if the information fields are unreadable or altered (withered, sealed, crossed out, corrected, erased, smeared, etc.).
Moskvarium reserves the right to refuse entry to the person with an invalid ticket.
The program, the show duration and the cast of actors and animals of the events can be changed by the organizer without prior notice.
Before purchasing tickets to the water show it is recommended to pay attention to the choice of seats. Some seats in the auditorium are «wet seats», as water can get on them.
E-tickets are to be presented in hard copy or on an electronic (mobile) device (mobile phone, tablet). Moskvarium is not responsible for mistakes occurring while scanning the barcode of a ticket in case the mobile gadget display is damaged. Tickets (excluding those purchased through SBP – instant online transactions) can be printed (both the order number and the bank card that was used for payment are needed) at Moskvarium ticket terminals, located at: 119, building 23, Prospekt Mira, Moscow (Moskvarium, VDNH).

In case the reduced fee is established according to the age of the visitors, cashiers and / or ticket inspectors have the right to demand the presentation of documents confirming the age of the visitor.
Reduced fee tickets are purchased at Moskvarium ticket offices on visiting day only after presentation of a document confirming reduction of payment, in accordance with Moskvarium fees. · Moskvarium defines its own list of citizens of privileged categories that can use benefits and sets the order of providing such benefits including the list of documents proving the right for benefits.

There are special photo zones for professional photo shooting by Moskvarium photographers. In Aquarium the photo zones are located near aquariums with duplicated exposition or near one of the sides of all-round aquariums.
Due to prophylactic maintenance works and resting time for the animals the swimming pool viewing windows can be temporarily closed.
Before visiting the Aquarium exposition, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the plan of the exposition and follow the navigation system.
Moskvarium reserves the right to temporarily limit access to the pool viewing windows and fish tanks during events at the Aquarium exposition. This restriction is not a ground for a refund or exchange of tickets.
For disabled visitors (in wheelchairs) there are special ramps. To ascend and descend prams visitors with children can address the administration desk.
Only guides of Moskvarium are allowed to conduct excursions on the territory of the Aquarium exposition.
In case of cancellation of the event on the initiative of Moskvarium administration, the refund of the tickets is carried out at the address: Moscow, Mira Avenue, 119, pavilion 23 (VDNH) (Moskvarium) within ten days from the date of the request. In this case, the full price of the tickets is returned. The refund of discounted tickets for canceled events is accomplished according to discount regulations.
In case of cancellation of the event on the day of the event for reasons beyond the Administration control (force majeure circumstances), ticket refund requests are accepted within ten days from the cancellation of the event, at the address: Moscow, Mira Avenue, 119, pavilion 23 (VDNH) (Moskvarium), as well as by e-mail given on the official website with information about purchased tickets, photos or scanned copies attached. The refund is to be accomplished within ten days from the date of the request. In this case, the full price of the tickets is returned.
Tickets with unreadable or altered (withered, sealed, strikethrough, corrected, erased, smeared, etc.) information fields are invalid.
Moskvarium can change all the offers, prices and sale conditions for upcoming and unsold services without notice, put limits on duration, seats and dates of prepurchase, put limits due to weekends and holidays, special offers, waiting lists and other conditions and restrictions. By purchasing a ticket and/or visiting Moskvarium visitors (minor’s legal representatives) agree that the Organizer is entitled to carry our photo and video shooting, broadcast events both live and in recording. The Organizer is entitled to use images of visitors free of charge until receiving a written withdrawal of the Organizer’s right from a visitor. Until receiving the withdrawal the Organizer is considered to be the right holder of the visitors’ photos made at events. By purchasing a ticket and/or visiting Moskvarium visitors (minor’s legal representatives) agree with using their images in advertising, information and other materials in printed publications, on boards outdoors and indoors, on the internet and in social networks on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad. The Organizer is entitled to disclose and further use pictures in full size or in fragments: to reproduce, to replicate through alienation of the original images or their copies, to publicly display, to import the originals or copies of images with a view to disseminating them, to provide originals or copies of images, to process, to publicize them. The Organizer is entitled to pass the rights for images to third parties (partners or contractors) without remuneration. Images cannot be used in the ways that derogate the honor, dignity and business reputation.
The administration has the right to regulate the number of visitors to the Moskvarium, including temporal access restriction to Moskvarium, based on the number of visitors already present in Moskvarium.
In order to ensure the safety of visitors and the detection of objects prohibited for carrying to Moskvarium, visitors enter Moskvarium through a control point equipped with arched and manual metal detectors. Visitors who have step counters and other medical devices that can be affected by a metal detector for normal operation should inform the controller when approaching the monitoring system. Manual metal detectors are also used for disabled persons. Administration has the right not to let the visitor in Moskvarium if they refuse to go through security system.

Be present on the territory of Moskvarium wearing dirty and smudgy clothes or footwear, to carry objects that can stain other visitors; as well as to be on the territory of Moskvarium with no shoes on (barefoot).

To bring/carry any means of transportation with batteries (electric scooters, hoverboards, monowheels, etc.) on the territory of Moskvarium. The mentioned means of transportation can be left at the dedicated parking space near Moskvarium building. Moskvarium is not responsible for the means of transportation left at the dedicated parking space.
Use escalators to ascend and descend prams to avoid accidents and equipment breakdowns. To ascend/descend prams, please appeal to the information desk.

During the show it is prohibited to approach the glass fence and pools, walk around the hall and stand in the aisles.
Take photos and make video in the Auditorium, the Aquarium, the Moskvarium exposition and the Baby Theatre using professional photo and video equipment (large, using additional equipment), · take flash photos and use other lighting effects (backlight, torch etc.).

Before visiting Moskvarium in order to avoid being late visitors are asked to read the entry and movement procedure of the territory of VDNH and the parking locations, as well as to plan the visit beforehand.

In case visitors are late for an event, the ticket office of Moskvarium does not provide refund of the ticket price.

The information on the given Rules, on using the Aquarium turnstiles, on using escalators, on the work of Moskvarium cloakroom, on a special storage room for visitors’ belongings, on return and exchange of tickets, on purchasing and using gift certificates is considered to be communicated to visitors through: publication of the information on Moskvarium website, printing the information on tickets, informing visitors during the ticket purchase process, SMS and email distribution, as well as through any other method which allows to clearly inform visitors on the event format in advance.
